This data is stored on our servers and used to personalize your experience and, if you participate in a team on torai.ai, to provide team-level analytics and collaboration features. If you purchase a paid plan, subscription, or AI tokens, our third-party payment processors (Stripe, PayPal) collect and process your payment card details, billing address, and transaction history directly. We do not store complete payment card numbers on our servers. We retain records of transaction amounts, dates, and subscription or token purchase history for billing and legal compliance purposes.
If you contact us via email or other channels, we collect the content of your message, your contact information, and related correspondence.
We may use aggregated, de-identified data for product improvement and research. Where technically feasible, we strive to remove personally identifiable information before using data for these purposes.
You may opt out of promotional communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in those messages or by contacting us at info@saol.ai.
The Service uses one or more third-party artificial intelligence models to generate chat responses (on saol.ai and my.saol.ai) and AI outputs (on torai.ai). When you submit a prompt, message, or request, your input text — along with relevant context from your profile and prior conversations — is sent to third-party AI providers via secure API connections, processed by their models, and the response is returned to you through the Service.
The Service is designed to minimize the personal information stored on or transmitted through my.saol.ai and torai.ai. Your core personally identifiable information — including your verified email address and account credentials — is stored on saol.ai. AI providers receive only an anonymized identifier along with the content of your inputs and relevant context needed to generate a response.
Personal information may appear on my.saol.ai or torai.ai, or be transmitted to third parties, only in the following circumstances:
Outside of these circumstances, we minimize the transfer and storage of personally identifiable information on my.saol.ai and torai.ai. However, the content of any messages or inputs you submit may contain personal information you choose to include, and we cannot control or anonymize content you voluntarily provide in your conversations.
We work with established AI technology companies — which may include OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, xAI, or similar providers — to power the Service. These providers act as service providers or data processors on our behalf; are contractually required to use your data only to provide AI services to us and to implement appropriate security measures; and may retain inputs and outputs for a limited time as needed to operate their systems, subject to their own data retention policies. We do not control the internal operations of these third-party AI models and cannot guarantee the accuracy, safety, or appropriateness of their outputs.
Your personality survey responses and resulting scores are processed by AI models to generate persona classifications, subcategory analyses, and narrative reports. This AI-generated assessment data is stored on our servers and associated with your account. It is not clinically validated and should not be treated as a psychological evaluation. See Section 4 of our Terms and Conditions for important limitations on how this data may be used.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes. Sharing data with AI providers to deliver the Service does not constitute a "sale" under applicable U.S. state privacy laws.

We will delete or de-identify your information within a reasonable timeframe, subject to legal retention obligations and backup cycles (typically 30–60 days). Note that token balances are forfeited upon account deletion and are not refundable.
You may opt out of promotional emails by clicking the "unsubscribe" link in any marketing message or by contacting us. You cannot opt out of essential service communications such as security alerts, billing notices, and breach notifications.
Residents of certain U.S. states — including California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, and others with comprehensive privacy laws — have additional rights, which may include: the right to confirm whether we process your personal data; the right to access, correct, or delete your data; the right to data portability; the right to opt out of "sales" of personal data (we do not sell personal data); and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising your privacy rights. If you access the Service from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction. We do not specifically target or tailor the Service to users outside the United States, and we make no representation that the Service complies with non-U.S. laws.
The Service is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.
